Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Bindooa ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish (each, an "App"). It applies to every App released under our Google Play developer account, unless a specific App provides its own privacy policy. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Our apps do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

However, when you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services integrated into the App:

Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (Advertising ID);
IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location, such as country or city);
Device information, such as device model, operating system version, and language;
App usage and interaction data, such as ad views, clicks, and in-app events;
Crash logs and performance diagnostics.

2. Advertising

Our Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use the data described above to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can learn more about how Google uses data here:

Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you will be shown a consent message before personalized ads are served, and you may choose to receive non-personalized ads instead.

3. Device Permissions

Our Apps request only the Android system permissions that are strictly necessary for their advertised features. The following permissions are common to all of our ad-supported Apps:

INTERNET — allows an App to access the Internet to download in-app content and to load and display ads;
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — allows an App to check your network connection status before downloading content or loading ads;
AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — allows access to your device's advertising identifier, a unique, user-resettable ID used by our advertising partners to show you ads that are more likely to be relevant to you. You can reset this identifier or opt out of ads personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads);
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (only in Apps that offer notifications) — optional: it is requested with your explicit consent, and you may decline it or revoke it at any time in your device settings.

Feature-specific permissions vary by App and are listed here per App:

Wallume: HD 4K Wallpapers — SET_WALLPAPER: the core permission of a wallpaper app; allows applying the wallpaper you choose directly to your home screen and/or lock screen.

In addition, a small number of standard support permissions may be automatically included by the Google Play services libraries bundled with an App (for example, permissions that enable receiving push notifications through Google services). These are added by the libraries themselves, do not grant access to your personal content, and involve no data collection beyond what is described in this Policy.

None of our current Apps requests access to your photos, media library, files, contacts, camera, microphone, or location (precise or approximate). If a future App ever needs such a permission for a clearly advertised feature, it will be requested in context inside that App and disclosed on this page.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Our Apps use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

To display and measure advertising, which keeps the App free;
To maintain, improve, and fix the App;
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid ad activity.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your Choices

Opt out of personalized ads: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or delete/reset your Advertising ID).
Consent choices: where a consent message is shown, you can change your choices at any time from within the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Data Retention and Security

We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies. We take reasonable measures to work only with reputable service providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

9. International Data Transfers

The third-party services used by the App may process data on servers located in various countries. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
