Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Bindooa ("we", "us", or "our") (each, an "App"). They apply to every App released under our Google Play developer account. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the policies of the app store from which you downloaded it.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its services, or its advertising (including generating invalid ad impressions or clicks).

3. Intellectual Property

Each App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Bindooa or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content provided in an App (such as images, wallpapers, and other media) is for personal use on your device only.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App is free to use and is supported by advertising served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for third-party websites or services linked from the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindooa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
